Associate Membership for prospective applicants
- Associate Member Online Sign-Up Form (This form is for prospective, new applicants only. Current Associate Members in good standing do not need to re-apply as they will be asked in late January 2025 if they would like to be Associate Members for 2025. Please note, it is not automatic that current Associate Members in good standing will be accepted in 2025. It depends on how many Crossgates Homeowners choose to retain their pool rights in 2025.)

Crossgates Swim Club Reimbursement Form / Payment Request

Please use this form to request reimbursement for expenses you have incurred on behalf of Crossgates Swim Club. You can also use this form to request that Crossgates pays a particular vendor for services rendered. Please note that expense reimbursements are processed only 1-2 times per month.
