No, the pool is a shared membership and all members should be able to use the facilities when they like during normal business hours.

You need to login to the web site.  Parties are only available to members.  Once logged in, click on the "Reserve Pool" link on the left side.  Select "Pool Parties" as your Amenity.  Select the date you want from the mini calendar.  It will display available times.  Pick your time by clicking on the start time.  Fill in the information and submit.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail informing you that the e-mail was sent to the Pool Party Coordinator for approval.

 

Shared rental fee for up to 30 people is $100 for 3 hours.  For parties over 30 people, the rental fee is $150 plus $50 to hire one additional Crossgates' certified lifeguard.

At the bottom of the website is a small link that says "Admin".  Clicking on this link will take you to the Admin page.  If you don't have access to the Admin area, you will get "No access allow" message.

If you have forgotten your password and have already logged into the website once, click here, put in your login, and then click on Forgot Password below the password box.  This will send your password to the primary email address on the account.  Remember, you can change your password in your "Your Profile" settings.  You must be logged in to do so.
